The Voice

A look back at the performances of Billy Gilman

0

Billy Gilman was 28 when he auditioned for The Voice, but he showed up looking for a second chance at stardom in the music business.

He’d had his first taste at age 11, when he released a song called “One Voice” that cracked the Top 20 on the country singles chart. A number one album followed.

But when his voice changed, Billy was dropped by his record label and wound up back in his home state of Rhode Island, trying to revive his career.

He prefers singing pop now, and landed a spot on Team Adam Levine after turning four chairs in his blind audition. He was one of only six singers in Season 11 to accomplish that feat.

Here’s a look back at Billy’s performances on The Voice and how they’ve done on iTunes.
