Alicia Keys will return to one of The Voice’s coaching chairs in Season 14.

The Voice made the announcement Tuesday, releasing a video of Kelly Clarkson helping break the news.

Blake Shelton and Adam Levine kept showing up to interrupt the party.

Kelly, of course, will be the new coach for Season 14. That news dropped earlier this year.

We’ll also get to see Kelly on The Voice in just a couple of weeks. She’ll be the key adviser for all four teams during Season 13’s knockout round.

That means The Voice’s Season 14 coaching lineup will be Adam, Blake, Alicia and Kelly.

Blake and Adam, of course, have been on board since the show started.

Alicia will be in her third season after coaching We McDonald to a third-place finish in Season 11 and Chris Blue to victory in Season 12.

Most impressive, from my viewpoint, is her investment in Chris Bllue’s post-show career. She’s managing him, producing his debut album and helping write songs for that project.

The announcement comes as The Voice begins filming blind auditions for Season 14.

That’s right, folks, already, at least four months before they’ll air.
