Carrie Underwood will be going for her fifth straight Video of the Year honors at the CMT Music Awards Wednesday night.

In fact, the night’s biggest honor has gone to Carrie six times since 2007. She’s won for “Something in the Water,” “See You Again,” “Blown Away,” “Good Girl,” “Cowboy Casanova” and “Before He Cheats.”

This year, the video for “Smoke Break” is up for the honor. Her competition includes Blake Shelton and Keith Urban.

Meanwhile, fans of singing shows will be treated to several performances by their favorites during Wednesday’s show.

Carrie will be performing her latest single, “Church Bells.” Pharrell Williams will be joining Little Big Town to perform a song he produced for their upcoming album “Wanderlust.”

Blake will be performing with the Oak Ridge Boys; Keith will be performing with Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris.

Hey, Pitbull will even be on hand to sing his new single “Messin’ Around.” And he’ll be accompanied by Cassadee Pope and Leona Lewis.

Of course, the night’s main purpose is to honor the year’s best music video.

Besides Carrie, the nominees for video of the year include Blake’s “Sangria,” Keith’s “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,”, Cam for “Burning House,” Chris Stapleton for “Fire Away,” Florida Georgia Line for “Sippin’ on Fire,” Jason Aldean for “Tonight Looks Good on You,” Little Big Town for “Girl Crush,” Luke Bryan for “Strip It Down,” Sam Hunt for “Break Up in a Small Town,” Thomas Rhett for “Die a Happy Man” and Tim McGraw for “Humble and Kind.”

Carrie’s “Smoke Break” is also nominated for female video of the year. The same videos from Blake and Keith are nominated for male video of the year.

And you might remember from when the nominations were announced that Adam Lambert is up for the CMT Performance of the Year honors. It’s for his duet of “Girl Crush” with Leona Lewis.

The CMT Music Awards air Wednesday at 8 p.m. on CMT.
