Season 4 of The Voice begins Monday night at 8 p.m. on NBC. Check back for live blogs during each show and for bios of the contestants who land a spot in the competition.

Meanwhile, it’s time to catch up with some familiar faces who have new music, including a Season 3 Team Blake member, Lelia Broussard.

Lelia Broussard is offering a new song as a free download. Before The Voice: A native of Lafayette, La., Lelia was 23 when she auditioned for The Voice. In 2011, she was runner-up in Rolling Stone’s “Choose a Cover” contest, losing out to a band called Sheepdogs. She has a 2008 EP, a 2010 album and a 2011 EP available on iTunes. Check them out. She’s got some of the best original music I’ve heard from an artist on The Voice. Favorites include: “Something True,” “You’re Not Fooling Anyone” and a great diss-the-other girl song, “Hipster B-tch.” She has also released a brilliant cover of Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark.”

On The Voice: We didn’t get to see enough Lelia. She landed on Team Blake, but only a snippet of her audition was aired. She had the misfortune of squaring off against Suzanna Choffel in the battle round. They sang “Dog Days Are Over,” and Blake picked Suzanna to advance.

Since the Voice: She has a new single, “Landslide.” No, it’s not a cover of the Stevie Nick’s tune, but you can get it as a free download by following the link on Lelia’s website. She’s testing out new songs in a pair of free shows she’s calling East Meets West. East occurred earlier this month at the Rockwood Music Hall in New York. West is set for April 12 at the Hotel Cafe in L.A. On Sunday, she was the featured performer at a Mimosa Music Series in North Hollywood.

Keeping up with Lelia: Sign up for her website mailing list and you’ll get a free download of a fun country-tinged tune called “Cannonball.” She’s @leliabroussard on Twitter. Here are her Facebook and YouTube links.
