“Gimme Heartbreak,” the lead single from an upcoming EP, hit digital music sites Friday morning.
And fans clearly approve.
The song was number 57 on the iTunes pop singles chart at 10 a.m. An hour later, it had already climbed to number 54.

David hasn’t announced a release date for the EP, but said it should be out in the fall.
It will follow his independently released “Digital Vein” album from 2015
They include a Thursday, July 6 show at World Cafe Live in Philly. Tickets are $25 to $30 plus fees, and a VIP meet and greet upgrade is available.
