Jessica Sanchez, New Idol Music

Jessica Sanchez dances the night away in new video

So, did you like that new single Jessica Sanchez performed Thursday night on American Idol?

Well, “Tonight” is now available for download.

Jessica Sanchez's debut album is now available for pre-order.And folks who pre-order her upcoming debut album — “Me, You and the Music” — from her website get an instant download of the single, an extra digital track, a bracelet inspired by Jessica and, in some cases, a signed copy of the album.

Or you could go the less expensive route and pre-order it from iTunes, where it’s now on sale for $7.99.

Meanwhile, Jessica has also released the video for the single.

In it, Jessica shows off a few more of the dance moves we saw on Idol as she dances the night away with Ne-Yo.

Jessica sang more ballads than upbeat songs en route to finishing second in Season 11.

But expect more upbeat material on her debut album, due out April 30, just before she appears as a guest star on the FOX hit “Glee.”

“There’s a couple ballads here and there,” she told Yahoo in an interview Friday, “but who I truly want to be — I want to be young, I want to be 17, I want to dance.”

You can hear the entire interview here and listen to an acoustic version of “Tonight.”

Meanwhile, by my count, that’s seven American Idol videos we’ve gotten this year. I’ve embedded them all below for comparison purposes, because I’ll be picking my favorites as part of a year in review at the end of 2013.

Jessica Sanchez, “Tonight”

Stefano Langone, “Yes To Love”

Fantasia, “Lose to Win”

Phillip Phillips, “Gone Gone Gone”

Carrie Underwood, “Two Black Cadillacs”

David Archuleta, “Rainbow”

Crystal Bowersox, “Dead Weight”

Jessica Sanchez is an amazing artist/ songwriter who is so down to earth, girl next door, with exotic beauty and mesmerizing talent that the world is yearning for after we lost the legendary amazing artist Whitney Houston. She’s still young and about to turn 18 this coming August and at a young age has shown that she can sing different genres of music from pop, r&b, urban, soul, ballad, dance, reggae, latin, broadway, disney, gospel, big band, motown and even hip hop (yes, she can rap)…she’s one amazinggg talent!!! I already bought this soon to be smash hit single “Tonight” from itunes and pre-ordered her soon to be released album “Me, You and the Music.” She has a lot of variety in her new album and I can’t wait to hear the full version!!!
