Open call auditions for The Voice Season 11 include stop in Philly

You heard Carson Daly offer the invitation during the Season 9 finale.

The Voice is searching for new talent — for Season 11 — already.

Yep, folks, the blind auditions for Season 10 have already been filmed. For those wondering, Season 10 will premiere on Monday, Feb. 29.

And the show is about to launch the search for talent for Season 11 with open call auditions opening Saturday in Houston.

Michelle McNulty, head of casting for the show, told the Houston Chronicle that as many as 9,000 people might audition in that city, labeling it one of the largest open call turnouts in the show’s history.

The Voice will also be making stops at the following locations.

* Jan 23: Memphis, Tenn., at the Memphis Cook Convention Center

* Feb. 6-7: Chicago, Ill., at Festival Hall A of the Navy Pier

* Feb. 20-21: Philadelphia, Pa., at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
