Pre-orders are underway for the sophomore EP from Jake Worthington.

Voice fans will remember Jake as the guy who tried out in Season 5, failed to turn a chair, returned for Season 6 at age 17 and made it all the way to the finals for Team Blake Shelton.

Since then, Jake released a well-received self-titled debut EP in 2015 and appears on his way to bigger and better things with his upcoming five-track project, “Hell of a Highway.”

Two songs have already been released — the fun-loving “How Do You Honky Tonk” and the ballad “A Lot of Room to Talk.”

They’re already among Jake’s top tunes on Spotify and the EP cracked the Top 10 on iTunes pre-order list on Friday, when pre-orders began.

Jake has also been nominated as top new male artist in the Texas Regional Radio Awards and is encouraging fans to head here to vote for him.

And if you’d like to catch Jake live, there will be plenty of opportunities in 2017. The Texas lad is even visiting Pennsylvania, performing at the Wayne County Fair (think Scranton area) in August.

Check out all the tour dates on Jake’s Facebook page. You can also follow Jake through his website. On Twitter, he’s @JDW_Music.

“Hell of a Highway” will be out May 19.
