So the finals are set and, for the second straight season, Blake Shelton has two of the final three acts on The Voice.
And that puts him on the verge of having one of his artists win the show for the third straight season.

Once all of the results were revealed, The Voice wound up with a final three of Michelle Chamuel, Danielle Bradbery and The Swon Brothers Tuesday night.
They’ll battle it out for the Season 4 crown next Monday.
You have to consider 16-year-old Danielle the favorite heading into the finals. Judging from the iTunes chart, viewers love everything she does.
But I no longer consider her as invincible as I did two or three weeks ago.
She’s been more solid than sensational in recent weeks. She’s been bested on iTunes by both of the other finalists.
Michelle, with her big dark-framed glasses, would seem the most likely to pull an upset. Especially if she can deliver a moment like she did with Taylor Swift’s “Trouble” two weeks ago.
But don’t count out The Swon Brothers, who seem to be growing in popularity with their combination of classic rock and country tunes.
They’re coming off their best week yet — especially in terms of the iTunes chart — and could gain votes from the folks who had supported Amber Carrington.
Speaking of Amber, funny how she and Sasha Allen wound up going home in the same episode.
Several weeks ago, they squared off in the battle round. Adam Levine chose to keep Amber over Sasha. allowing Sasha to be stolen by Shakira.
The move raised eyebrows at the time. Weeks later, it looks like Adam’s biggest mistake was pitting them against one another in the first place.
Because they both turned out to be pretty darn talented, didn’t they?

Danielle Bradbery is headed for The Voice finals.
That’s a given. If it wasn’t a certainty already, it was when voting ended and both of her songs wound up in the iTunes top 10.
Sasha Allen is very likely not advancing.
Neither of her songs — “I Will Always Love You” or “Bad Girls” — went over well with viewers. In fact, they finished 8th and 9th on iTunes out of the 10 tunes performed Monday.
Beyond that?
Get ready for a nail-biter. Even Michelle Chamuel, who looked like a sure bet a week ago, could be in trouble.
That’s because Amber Carrington also scored an iTunes hit with her version of Maroon 5’s “Sad.”
It also cracked the top 10, something neither of Michelle’s songs from last night accomplished.

Country music has dominated The Voice Season 4, but we’re going to kick off tonight’s show with a rocking performance of “Light Em Up” by the Fall Out Boys, joined by Michelle Chamuel. If the goal was an energy-filled opening — mission accomplished. Not sure I could hear much of Michelle in that performance though.
Hey, and Nicholas David is back with a new single, “Say Goodbye.” Either Nicholas is very nervous or overdressed for the lights he’s performing under because his face is dripping sweat. The song isn’t exactly my cup of tea, but it’s nice to see Nicholas with new music out.
Ah, Nicholas has an EP out on iTunes. Four songs. And plans for an album in 2014.
And Tony Lucca has a new single, too. Called “Never Gonna Let You Go.”
Hey, I really like this song. Very catchy. Nice job, Tony.
He also has an EP that will be out July 16. And he’s recording for Adam Levine’s label, and he’ll be touring with Maroon 5 over the summer.

Terry McDermott will perform “Pictures.” It’s a song he released back in February and hit number one on iTunes rock singles chart, according to Carson Daly.
Terry has an EP that will be out in Scotland next week. And a daughter who’s due to be born in about four weeks.
And the results start. Advancing to the finals …
* Michelle Chamuel. Good start. I was just a wee bit worried about Michelle after three singers finished ahead of her on iTunes.
* Danielle Bradbery. Predictable. And those are the two finalists we expected, setting up the expected drama.
* The Swon Brothers. They did it with a great night Monday. And The Voice finals are complete.

There’s something called the ‘Cumulative iTunes Vote Total’ that gets added to each finalists’ vote next week. I don’t completely understand how it works, but it seems that all of the finalists will get a ‘bonus’ — based on how all of their live show songs fared on the iTunes charts since 13 May. What’s your take on this rule, and doesn’t it give Danielle Bradbery an enormous advantage?
From the looks of the iTunes votes, it is a sure bet that Danielle Bradbery will likely win.
In fact, our site is endorsing and supporting Danielle.

Danielle Bradbery has some of the highest ranked songs, her BA “Mean” is still charting plus last time I looked at the itune top 100 Country charts she had 8 songs showing, this will help when they add up total votes similar to how it helped Cassadee Pope last year.
I’m not saying these three aren’t talented, but when you look at all the gifted singers that were on this season, I wonder how they became the top 3. I have been watching the voice for 4 seasons now, and this is the first time that I have lost interest in the top 3. Blake Shelton seems to have a monopoly on the winner for the last three seasons, assuming he will win this time. The show will have to change it up again, if they want to keep there audience.
