Sundance Head and Blake Shelton perform “Treat Her Right,” the only duet from Monday’s show to crack the Top 10 on iTunes.

When the voting ended today for The Voice, Sundance Head must have loved what he was seeing on iTunes.

“Darlin’ Don’t Go,” the original he wrote and dedicated to his wife, was number one on iTunes, bumping the new single by Taylor Swift from the top spot.

Among The Voice final four, he was scoring the two most popular songs on iTunes with his cover of “At Last” checking in at number two.

And he was scoring a musical hat-trick, with all three of his songs from Monday’s performance finale cracking the Top 10 on iTunes.

No other contestant had three songs in the Top 10.

Now, there seems to be some confusion as to whether downloads of the coach duet count as votes. But either way, Sundance should hold the edge in downloads when votes are counted to determine a winner tonight.

Sundance entered the week with three Top 10 songs to his credit; Billy Gilman had two. And, remember, downloads are multiplied by five for voting purposes anytime a song cracks the Top 10.

It was a great night for The Voice all around. Every member of the Top 4 placed at least one song in the Top 12. In fact, 10 of the top 13 songs on the iTunes singles chart were performances from last night’s show.

And fans are clearly remembering this about the voting rules: Downloads of previous performances count as votes to.

As a result, Sundance and Billy each had seven prior Voice songs on the iTunes 200 when voting closed.

The difference? All of Sundance’s were in the Top 100 on the chart; only one of Billy’s previous songs hit the Top 100.

Here’s where everyone ranked on iTunes as of noon.
