After The Voice

Sawyer Fredericks returns to top of iTunes charts with new video

0
Fredericks, the teen sensation who captured Season 8 of The Voice, is back in familiar territory.

He’s on top of a chart on iTunes: the music video chart in this case.

He’s doing it with the new video for “Take It All,” a song from his post-show debut EP.

Directed by Chris Acosta, the video is exceptionally well done. You can check it out at right.

The video premiered earlier this week on Yahoo, hit YouTube Wednesday and already has more than 17,000 views.

Sawyer performed “Take It All” on The Voice last fall, the same day his EP landed. Within 24 hours, the EP had cracked the Top 10 on iTunes albums chart.

No surprise there. The last seven songs Sawyer sang on The Voice all landed in the Top 10 on iTunes singles chart.

There’s still no word on when Sawyer’s debut album will be released on Republic Records, but it’s expected later this year.
