Beat Frequency, a duo we met on Season 3 of The Voice, have released their first new music since 2013.

It came last week in the form of a catchy pop single called “Forget About It.”

Natasha Neuschwander and Shawn Lewis make up Beat Frequency. They call Washington State home and classify their music as “club-banging, hook-driven pop and R&B.”

“Being married and working together is a dream come true,” they write on Facebook., “But sometimes life brings challenges. And sometimes you need to stop and ‘Forget About It.’

“This song means a lot to us and was a totally blast to write. Lots of laughter as we started writing what we ourselves needed to hear. We hope it encourages you as it has us.”

The duo have a number of shows coming up that you can check out on their website if you’re in the Washington State area.

Post-Voice, they released a seven-song album called “Electrify.”

Here’s a snippet of the new single.
