One song from Monday’s episode of The Voice cracked the Top 200 on the iTunes singles chart this morning.
And that song is — “Zombie” by Clarissa Serna.
The 27-year-old from Corpus Christi, Texas, captured the coaches’ attention with her rendition of the Cranberries hit during the blind auditions that aired Monday.
All four coaches turned around for her performance; Clarissa decided to join Team Shakira (go here for a full recap of the episode).
As of 7 p.m. EST, Clarissa’s version of “Zombie” was sitting at 99 on the iTunes Top 200 chart. It was number 16 on the site’s alternative singles chart.
And I’m pretty sure Clarissa’s performance is responsible for the fact that the original, released in 1994, was sitting at number 35 on the overall iTunes chart this morning.
Also noteworthy in terms of chart performance from Monday’s show is Sam Behymer, who’s cover of “Royals” was at 158 on the iTunes pop chart.
And a full week after their performance aired, the folk-indie duo of Dawn and Hawkes are still doing well on iTunes.
This morning, the version of “I’ve Just Seen a Face” by Miranda Dawn and Chris Hawkes was the second most popular rock song on iTunes and was still at 182 on the overall chart.

Now, the rest of the performance photos from last night’s show.
