Kaibrienne, Top 8 on American Idol Season 22, in a scene from her new music video

Kaibrienne, one of the standouts on Season 22 of American Idol, recently released her first music video.

It’s for her single “Teach You How to Love Me,” which was released in July and is approaching 500,000 streams on Spotify.

It was also the first music video for director Justin Weiszhaar, “and he absolutely killed it,” Kaibrienne writes on social media.

As for the song, at the time of its released, Kaibrienne said: “I wrote this song when I was craving love from someone who wasn’t ready to give it to me in the way I was …

“This is my anthem to all the people out there who just wanna be loved the way they love.”

Kabrienna finished Top 8 on Idol, and “Teach You How to Love Me” is one of three singles she released in 2024.

“Girl I Am Now,” which she performed on the show, recently passed 2 million streams on Spotify. Her third single, “Walk Away,” dropped in mid-November.
