Carrie received the show’s Hero Award for her humanitarian and charitable efforts. Among them is the C.A.T.S. Foundation, which she formed in 2009 to support various causes in her hometown of Checotah, Okla.

Kelly won the show’s second-ever Icon Award, which goes to “a distinguished artist whose career transcends popular culture and whose music is beloved by generations of Radio Disney fans.”

That award was presented by American Idol champ Maddie Poppe and Voice champ Brynn Cartelli, a member of Team Kelly during the show’s 14th season this spring.

As for the fan-voted portion of the show, Camila won for Song of the Year with “Havana” and also won the Breakout Artist of the Year category.

The show also featured Maddie performing her single “Going, Going Gone,” a medley of hits by Kelly and the first-ever live performance of “Champion” by Carrie and Ludacris.

Janet Jackson was also honored with an Impact Award. A list of the show’s other winners and photo gallery follows.
