Season 11 American Idol winner Phillip Phillips has landed a plum touring gig.

He’ll be opening for John Mayer on a nationwide tour this summer.

19 Recordings posted the tour dates Wednesday. Tickets go on sale March 29/30.

You can check out all those tour dates below. The closest to this area is an Aug. 27 show at the Allentown Fair.

Phillip will be playing right here in York on May 15 at Penn State York’s Pullo Center.

But if you waited to get tickets, you’re now out of luck. The show is listed as sold out on the Pullo Center site.
