Jershika Maple is among the artists who auditioned for Season 21 of The Voice.

Here’s more about Jershika. Season 21 of The Voice kicks off Monday, Sept. 20, on NBC.

* She’s a Christian artist based on Austin, Texas.

* She’s released two Christian singles to date — “Let God Take You Higher” in 2019 and “I Give” in May.

* She wrote the impressive “I Give” with David Grant Jr., Lori B. Martin and Derrick Harvin. You can check out a virtual performance of the song below.

* In a mid-July Instagram post, she wrote “MIA on purpose for a purpose.” That would have been around the time the battle rounds were filmed.

* As of September 2018, Jershika was working as a donor center technician at Grifols, a pharmaceutical company.

* She’s also been involved in musical theater in Texas, appearing in “Tempest: The Stage Play,” “Four Women” and “Sunday Dinner.”

* On Instagram, she describes herself as a “free worshipper artist, singer, songwriter and composer.
