The American Idol Top 10 will indeed be heading out on tour this summer for 41 dates.
They’ll open on June 24 in Binghamton, N.Y., and wrap up the tour Aug. 23 in Redmond, Wash.
In between, they will not be stopping at the Giant Center in Hershey, a frequent venue for past tours.
In fact, most of this year’s venues are smaller than in the past.
The Idols will be making two stops in Pennsylvania, one in the D.C. area and none in Maryland.
The D.C. area stop is at the Wolf Trap in Vienna, Va., on July 6.
The tour will be in Bethlehem, Pa., at the Sands Bethlehem Events Center on July 12.
And the closest to York will be a July 15 date at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philly.
Tickets will go on sale May 9 from the American Idol website.
Remember, the tour includes the Top 10, which means the seven remaining contestants plus Malaya Watson, M.K. Nobilette and Majesty Rose.
