Kelly Clarkson, New Idol Music

A CD, plus an EP, from Kelly Clarkson on Oct. 24

Looks like “Mr. Know It All” will be a great lead single for Kelly Clarkson’s new album.

The song was among the top 10 downloads every time I checked iTunes over the weekend, and was as high as number four on Friday.

The song has been named one of the five “must-hear” pop songs of the week by MTV’s buzzworthy.

And the good news just keeps coming for Kelly Clarkson fans.

The music video for “Mr. Know It All” is set to hit Vevo in two weeks, on Sept. 26. You can check out photos from the video here.

And pre-order information posted on Kelly’s website indicates we’ll get more than just an album of new material when her fifth CD, “Stronger,” is released on Oct. 24.

The deluxe version of “Stronger” will feature 14 tracks.  Some pre-order packages also offer a six-track EP, “for a total of over 20 new recordings.” You can go here to check out the offerings.

Anyone who purchased the deluxe version of “All I Ever Wanted” and has listened to “Tip of My Tongue” knows that, when Ms. Clarkson is involved, the deluxe versions are worth having.
