The Top 12 will be revealed tonight on The Voice.

Then fans will have an opportunity to select a 13th wild card finalist from the eight artists still at risk of elimination.

Here’s how it will work:

* First, two artists from each team will advance based on the overnight voting by fans.

* Then each coach will get to save one of the three remaining artists from his or her team.

* At the end of the show, the top remaining vote-getter from each team will compete for an instant save.

* And this is important: Instant save voting this year will be via the Voice website and The Voice app, not via Twitter as in past seasons.

Who deserves to advance? Here’s my revised list, based on last night’s performances and everything we’ve seen so far.

Team Blake: Ricky Duran, Gracee Shriver, Ricky Braddy

Team Gwen: Rose Short, Kyndal Inskeep, Joana Martinez

Team Kelly: Jake Hoot, Max Boyle, Shane Q

Team Legend: Katie Kadan, who delivered last night’s top performance; Marybeth Byrd, Khalea Lynee

Now, who advances:

Team Blake: Ricky Duran and Kat Hammock advanced based on fan voting. Blake then saved Cali Wilson. Wow, surprises right off the bat. That leaves Ricky Braddy and Gracee Shriver at risk.

Team Gwen: Rose Short and Joana Martinez advance based on fan voting. Gwen then saved Myracle Holloway. More surprises! That leaves Kyndal Inskeep and Jake HaldenVang at risk.

Team Kelly: Max Boyle and Jake Hoot advanced based on fan voting. Kelly then saved Shane Q.

Team Legend: Katie Kadan and Marybeth Byrd advanced based on fan voting; John then saved Will Breman.

Singing for the wild card spot will be Gracee Shriver (Team Blake), Jake HaldenVang (Team Gwen), Hello Sunday (Team Kelly), Alex Guthrie (Team Legend).

That means the elimination of Ricky Braddy, Kyndal Inskeep, Damali and Khalea Lynee. Wow, that’s a talented quartet.

And the instant save goes to …

HELLO SUNDAY!
