Asher HaVon performed Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain” for his blind audition, turning three chairs. The 31-year-old from Selma, Ala., opted to join Team Reba. His mother took part in the civil rights march in Selma in 1965 and Asher was guest singer at the 50th anniversary of the occasion; President Obama was the keynote speaker.

Asher will compete in the finals on The Voice Monday night at 8 p.m. Idol Chatter will be blogging live with song by song grades. Meanwhile, here’s a look back at Asher’s performances on the show.
