It’s called “Walk Away,” and it’s about Kaibrienne fulfilling her promise to walk away from a relationship with a guy if he didn’t get his act together.
Kaibrienne calls it “a song for all my girls to scream in the car.”
And under an Instagram post proclaiming “She Only Sings Sad Song,” Kaibrienne launches into the catchy chorus declaring “loving you was stupid.”
Well, it’s certainly true to the name of the tour she’s on with Idol colleagues KAYKO, Blake Proehl and Haven Madison. The tour is called Young and Out of Love.
And there are nine shows remaining this month, including tonight in Charlotte, N.C.
“Walk Away” follows “Girl I Am Now” and “Teach You How to Love Me,” which have combined for more than 2 million streams on Spotify since their release earlier this year.
Remaining Young and Out of Love dates:
Nov. 17 — Charlotte, N.C.
Nov. 19 — Atlanta, Ga.
Nov. 20 — Nashville, Tenn.
Nov. 23 — Dallas, Texas
Nov. 23 — Austin, Texas
Nov. 25 — Phoenix, Ariz.
Nov. 26 — San Diego, Calif. *
Nov. 27 — Los Angeles, Calif. *
* Without Haven Madison
