Will Moseley, runner-up on American Idol Season 22, has a new single out

Will Moseley, runner-up on the most recent season of American Idol, dropped a great new country single Friday.

“Everything But Me” is a song about how “some things slip away no matter how hard you try to hold on,” Will writes in a social media post.

The song comes complete with Will’s signature raspy vocals and a south-of-the-border flare.

He co-wrote the song with Benji Taylor.

As of noon, the song was sitting at number 43 on the Apple Music country singles chart and 180 on the site’s Top 200.

“Everything But Me” follows “I Don’t Want to Fight No More” as Will’s second original release since Idol.

The latter recently passed 350,000 streams on Spotify. And Will posted his Spotify wrapped earlier this week, showing 4.77 million streams of his music in 2024.

He also recently released a cover of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas,” saying he wanted to put a country twist on the iconic holiday song.

Oh, and “Everything But Me” has a music video too, which you can check out below.
