Paula Abdul just might be back on the Idol judging panel for season nine after all.

Paula sent out this Tweet Thursday afternoon:

“Hi everyone. I’ve been quiet as we are trying to work out details of how I can return to #Idol.”

Hardly sounds like a judge who’s fed up and ready to move on.

Paula’s comment immediately drew a flood of supportive Tweets on Twitter.

Her response: “Your support & encouragement means so much to me. I hope you understand I can only return to Idol if the deal is fair.”
