Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani honored at People’s Choice Awards

Gwen Stefani received a special honor and Blake Shelton was named favorite country artist at the People’s Choice Awards Sunday.

Gwen received a Fashion Icon Award while Jennifer Aniston was presented a People’s Choice Icon Award and Pink received the People’s Champion Award for her charitable work.

Blake, meanwhile, was competing against Carrie Underwood, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris, Luke Combs and Thomas Rhett for the honor of favorite country artist of 2019.

Another winner with singing show ties was Camila Cabello, formerly for Fifth Harmony, a girl group formed on The X Factor.

Camila and Shawn Mendes won for Favorite Song of of 2019 for “Senorita,” despite going up against hits like “7 Rings” by Ariana Grande and “Bad Guy” by Billie Eilish.

Billie did win for Favorite Female Artist. Camila, Ariana, Taylor Swift, Cardi B, Halsey, Miley Cyrus and Pink were also up for that honor.
