The American Idol Top 3 of Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Gabby Barrett and Caleb Lee Hutchinson took the stage Sunday night to convince fans of the show that they should be the next American Idol.

Each singer performed his or her new single, a reprise song from earlier in the season and a hometown dedication.

We also saw footage of their triumphant trips home — to Dallas, Ga., for Caleb; Pittsburg, Pa. for Gabby and Clarksville, Iowa, for Maddie.

Monday night, we learn which of the three will be crowned the Season 16 American Idol at the end of a two-hour finale that begins at 9 p.m.
