Cassadee Pope, the Season 3 champ, released a new single called “Almost There” on Friday. Check out the accompanying music video below. Says Cassadee: “I think a lot of us are taught from an early age that indulging our desires is shameful and not ladylike. It was only when I started to shed that shame and embrace my sensual nature that I began feeling like myself. For this song, I wanted to let people see a side of me they haven’t seen before and validate them in their own desires.” The song follows “People That I Love Leave,” which has been streamed more than 400,000 times in its various forms on Spotify.

Amanda Ayala from The Voice Season 9 has a new song out called “Rags to Riches,” and it has an accompanying music video that you can check out below. “When you tell people you are a musician they sometimes equate it with the materialistic things rather than the talent, so why not poke fun at the idea of that and write a song about outlandish dreams,” she told the Music and Fashion blog. The song follows “Just Tell Me” as Amanda’s second single of 2023.

Emmalee from Season 9 has released a song called “That Thing.” She says it’s one she’s been holding onto for a while and calls it “the perfect windows-down, summer vibe.” It’s Emmalee’s fourth release of 2023, following covers of “What a Wonderful World,” “New York State of Mind” and “Every Little Thing.”
