Cassadee Pope, winner of The Voice Season 3, has a new song out, an album on the way and is about to embark on her first headline tour in two years.

 

Cassadee Pope is about to embark on her first headline tour in two years.

Better news yet for Cassadee fans, the tour is to support her new album “Hereditary,” due out July 12.

She also has a new song out called “I Died,” a collaboration with Daisha McBride, aka The Rap Girl.

Writes Cassadee: “I remember DMing Daisha on a whim last year, letting her know I was a fan and would love to write sometime.

“Not only did we get a great song together but we both got a new friend in the end.”

“I Died” follows the singles “Three of Us” and “Eye Contact” as Cassadee’s third release this year.

As for the tour, the Season 3 Voice champ has 14 dates planned during the month of July, including a July 26 show in Virginia Beach.

Tickets are on sale now and VIP packages are available.

Cassadee will also be touring as an opener for Marinas Trench at a series of shows this fall, including stops in Philly and Silver Spring, Md.
