Several former Voice contestants released new music this week.

That includes new singles from Owen Danoff and Radha and new covers from Madilyn Paige, Tony Lucca and Troy Ramey.

The links below take you to the songs on Apple Music. Or you can check out the Spotify snippets below.

Owen Danoff, Top 11 from Season 10, released a song called “Side Effects” Friday. It’s about the side effects of relationship gone south and was written with former Voice colleague Mike Schiavo, Allen Mattox and Liv Miraldi. Owen also told Billboard it’s reflective of his move from a folk-rock sound to more of a pop sound. “I’ve put out music before, but this all feels new and fresh for me,” he said.

Radha, a Top 20 finisher on Season 15, teamed up with D3Z and Rillo for “In Your Arms,” putting a new spin on the story of an addictive love that might not be so great for the individuals involved. “I didn’t want this to sound like a slow, sad love song,” Radha said. “I knew that a pop, electric dance rhythmic beat would make In Your Arms really fun and memorable.” “In Your Arms” was released on the Tommy Boy Entertainment label.

Madilyn Paige, Top 20 on Season 6, is back with another cover, this time lending her lovely vocals to Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved.” She’s also working on music of her own, writing on Instagram that “‪lately my days have been filled with songwriting and reflection as I attempt to put the things I’ve experienced within the last year into words.”

Tony Lucca, a Season 2 finalist, has released a cover of Marvin Gaye’s “Sexual Healing” as part of the Movember campaign, designed to raise awareness and money for men’s health issues. “Although I knew better than to attempt to produce it anything at all like Gaye’s version, I did enjoy singing it as close to his original performance as I felt I could,” Tony says on Instagram.

Troy Ramey, Top 12 on Season 12, has also joined that Movember effort. In his case, the cover if of “Beyond” by Leon Bridges. The effort, in conjunction with the frtyfve record label, has 50 artists covering songs by “a famously mustachioed artist” with half the proceeds going to the cause. Season 4’s Ryan Innes and former Idol contestant Jonny Brenns are also involved.
