Brian Nhira says his latest single was inspired by a dream.

Well, a nightmare, really.

“’Love, Love’ was inspired by an actual dream that I had of someone trying to steal my wife away from me,” Brian writes on Instagram.

“I woke up from the dream in a cold sweat and checked to make sure that she was still beside me. Thankfully she was. Haha!

“In that moment the craziest thought came to my mind: ‘Even in my dreams, I’m falling more in love with her.’ It’s a mystery, but it’s true.”

Brian, a Season 10 contestant on The Voice, got married last summer to Sonia Larcom.

And it’s not the first song she inspired. Brian’s “‘Til Death Do Us Part” made Voice Views list of the 20 best post-Voice songs of 2018.

Here’s the music video for “Love Love.”
