Chloe MK has a new single and is heading out on tour

More important for her fans, she’s released her first single in a year.

The anthemic “To Be Young” landed Friday, and it’s a great song.

“I can’t believe ‘To Be Young’ is finally OUT!” Chloe, 25, writes on Instagram.

“Wouldn’t have made it here w out my incredible angel team n my loved ones. this has been such a journey… but i’m happy to say, ‘welcome to the inside of my brain’

“Wrote this song last summer with the crew @petenappi n @sizzyrocket. I’ve accepted that life is one giant crazy ride and u need the lows to make the highs that much more beautiful….

“But sometimes when ur low u just have to really let yourself FEEL IT. ‘To be young’ is just the start! hope u luv this song as much as I do n that it speaks to u.”

Chloe breezed to victory under Blake Shelton’s guidance on Season 13 of The Voice. Can anyone forget her amazing cover of “Total Eclipse of the Heart.”

But she’s been something of an enigma since, taking to social media at times to express frustration over not getting music out more quickly and at others to preach patience with the process.

Her only previous post-Voice single was “Come This Far,” released almost exactly one year ago. Chloe won The Voice in December 2017.
