Christina Grimmie Hold Your Head UpChristina Grimmie’s family has announced plans to release another song the singer recorded prior to her tragic death in 2016.

“Hold Your Head Up” will drop June 7 and can be pre-saved now on Spotify and Apple Music. Check out the announcement from Christina’s brother Marcus below.

Part of the proceeds from the single will go to the Christina Grimmie Foundation, created to assist families affected by gun violence and patients and families affected by breast cancer.

Christina was shot by a crazed fan following a show in Florida; she would have turned 25 this year. Her mother, Tina, died of cancer in September.

The foundation held an East Coast event in New Jersey in March that featured appearances by former Voice contestants Audra McLaughlin and Dawson Coyle.

A third annual West Coast event is planned for Sept. 26 in Burbank, Calif.

Christina finished third on Season 6 of The Voice and went on to release her post-show debut EP, “Side A” four months before her death.

Her family later released “Side B,” an album called “All Is Vanity” and an original single called “Little Girl.”
