Craig Wayne Boyd soars up country chart after returning to The Voice

Craig Wayne Boyd stepped on The Voice stage Tuesday night, his new single was sitting at number 105 on iTunes country music chart.

Two hours after the show ended?

“I’m Still Here” had already climbed to number 13 on the site’s country chart and number 79 on the overall iTunes singles chart. By Wednesday morning, it has jumped to number nine on the country chart.

Pretty impressive, and incredibly timely exposure for the Season 7 winner, who has reportedly parted ways with his record company (Dot Records / Big Machine Label Group) before ever releasing a major-label album.

The single was released on Craig’s own Long Haul Records and hit iTunes Tuesday.
