David  Cook fans have been waiting for details about his upcoming tour with Gavin DeGraw.

Well, the tour dates have been announced, and fans in this area should be thrilled.

The tour kicks off Oct. 9 at Penn State.

Better yet, it includes a Nov. 5 show at the Pullo Center at Penn State York.

Tickets for the show are $48 and $65 and can be purchased here.

They go on sale to Pullo Center members on Thursday; they go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday.

David, of course, is touring in support of his latest album, “This Loud Morning,” released earlier this summer.

DeGraw has a new album, “Sweeter,” due out Tuesday.

It won’t be David’s first appearance in York.

He played the York Fair two years ago and performed at the Pullo Center in March 2009 in support of his post-Idol debut album.
