Kristen Merlin, Serabee and Emmallee, all singers fans met on The Voice, have released great new singles.

Catching up on recent releases from artists fans met on The Voice.

Emmalee from Season 19 has an uplifting new song out called “Loyal.” Writes Emmalee on social media: “I wrote this song with one of my best friends in mind. But the more I listen to it, the more the meaning expands for me. Loyalty is not something that comes easily. Loyalty is something that’s earned. Loyalty comes with a cost. And when you find the people who are truly loyal to who you are, who you’re becoming every day, and what’s best for you, you’ve found something really special. When you surround yourself with people who fight for what’s best for you, they teach you to be loyal to your true self and the best decisions you could make for yourself. I hope you have someone like this in your life!” The song is Emmalee’s first single of 2024, but she’s also had her music featured in a Snickers and on the Hulu show “Good Trouble.”

Serabee has released a deliciously soulful single called “Humble Pie.” And she’s released two versions, one of which is a bit more country. She appeared on Season 1 of The Voice as Sera Buras. Her first Serabee album didn’t land until 2022, 11 years later. Now she’s has a second album out (“That Woman” from 2023) and another single “Mississippi Girl” was just released as well. It’s a much more rowdy tune. This Mississippi girl is also keeping herself busy with live shows in the New Orleans area.

Kristen Merlin, Top 5 on Season 6, has an excellent new single out call “Gravedigger.” And it’s a bit of a different sound for Kristen, a busy live performer in Nashville and beyond. Says Kristen: “It’s a mix of country, pop, and rock for a fresh vibe!” It’s also her first release of 2024. Congrats also go out to Kristen on her marriage over the summer.
