American Idol threw a Top 20 twist at viewers Sunday night.
The judges couldn’t decide whether to advance Grace Leer or Lauren Mascitti to the Top 20.
So they’re going to allow viewers to decide.
Fans have until 9 a.m. Tuesday to vote for Grace or Lauren via text, americanidol.com or the American Idol app. Up to 10 votes per method are allowed.
Grace and Lauren are both 27 and living in Nashville.
Grace performed “Natural Woman” in the Top 40 showcase; Lauren performed “Two More Bottles of Wine.”
