Taylor Hicks is coming to Hershey — along with the rest of the cast of “Grease” — in April.

Taylor has been playing Teen Angel in “Grease” since the national tour began in December 2008.

The show already stopped in Baltimore last February and is scheduled to run at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C., from Feb. 9 to Feb. 21.

Now comes word that “Grease” will play at the Hershey Theatre from Tuesday, April 20, though Sunday, April 25. Two shows are planned for that Saturday and for that Sunday.

Tickets are already on sale. They range in price from $25 to $80 (plus processing fees). They can be ordered online at Ticketmaster.com and HersheyTheatre.com. They can also be purchased at the Hershey Theatre Box Office or ordered by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

Taylor, of course, won season five of Idol, released his second CD “The Distance” last year and released a concert DVD “Whomp at the Warfield” last week. (More on that here.)

As a bonus, American Idol fans attending the Tuesday, Wednesday or one of the Sunday performances will also get to see Ace Young in the role of Danny Zuko.

Ace also made the finals in season five of Idol, finishing seventh.
