Have no fear, Kelly Clarkson fans.

Her cancellation of a show at the Minnesota State Fair on Sunday night has been chalked up to a “temporary illness” and shouldn’t affect future shows, including her Sept. 11 concert at the York Fair.

So said her publicist Monday afternoon.

Kelly was in fine voice Friday night when she sang “God Bless America” at a Boston Red Sox game in an appearance to help raise money for the Jimmy Fund. You can check out the video here.

But Sunday’s show was canceled two hours before it was supposed to start because of “vocal issues,” according to a story in Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Kelly isn’t scheduled to perform again until a Thursday night show in Allentown.

She has two other tour dates before the her appearance on the opening night of the York Fair. Those shows are at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction, Vt., on Friday and at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Okla., on Sunday.

Tickets are still available for the York Fair show.
