Ashlee Feliciano, 20, of East Hartford, Conn., was the final contestant we heard from in American Idol’s New York audition episode.
Her family’s back-story was featured because Ashlee’s parents have adopted four medically challenged youngsters, after having three kids of their own.
But if her family took center stage after the audition, Ashlee impressed during it with a rendition of “Put Your Records On.”
I’ll post a full “Meet Ashlee” blog later. For now, here are two videos of Ashlee performing.
“Imagine Me Without You”
“I Will Follow You Into the Dark”

Ashlee Feliciano is definitely a front runner from my perspective. Lots of personality, great voice. Unbelievable back story.
