New post-Voice music out includes singles from Johnny Gates, Josh Gallagher and Gracee Shriver.

* Johnny Gates from Season 12 released his latest country single Wednesday. It’s called “Reckless,” and it’s a song he wrote over Zoom during the pandemic with Tyler Thompson and Mason Thornley. “With ‘Reckless,’ we wanted to write about that feeling of trying like hell to get over someone — until finally realizing that maybe you don’t want to get over them. That might look like a lot of things: slipping up and calling, or hanging out – maybe even trying to give it another shot,” Johnny told Wide Open Country.

* Josh Gallagher, a finalist on Season 11, released his first single of 2021 on Wednesday. It’s called “Bright Side,” about a woman who helps make everything alright. In a message to fans, Josh calls it something “completely different,” “a new sound” and predicts they’ll love it.

* Gracee Shriver from Season 17 released a catchy country single called “You Can’t Have Both” about a girl who took a guy back one time too many and is now fed up with his indecisiveness. It’s Gracee’s first single of 2021.
