The Voice’s mystery singer from Monday night’s season premiere has scored the most popular song among the blind audition performances on iTunes.

We didn’t meet Jordan Smith until after he had auditioned with Sia’s “Chandelier.”

By the time, all four coaches were facing in his direction. After Adam Levine called him one of the most important contestants to ever audition for the show, Jordan joined Team Adam.

At noon EST Tuesday, when voting will typically end once voting begins, Jordan’s cover of “Chandelier” had climbed to 60 on iTunes’ overall singles chart.

In fact, only one other song among the eight made available after Monday’s show cracked that chart — Barrett Baber’s “Angel Eyes” at number 95.

“Chandelier” was sitting at number 20 on the iTunes’ pop chart.

Other songs that made it into the Top 200 on the genre charts included:

Barrett Baber’s “Angel Eyes” — number 16 on the country chart

Mark Hood’s “Use Me” — number 47 on the R&B/Soul chart

Keith Semple’s “I’ll Be There for You” — number 66 on the rock chart

Siahna Im’s “Fever” — number 95 on the pop chart

Nadjah Nicol’s “Tightrope” — number 182 on R&B/soul chart

Songs that hadn’t charted as of noon included Kota Wade’s “Bring It On Home to Me” (pop) and Braiden Sunshine’s “The Mountains Win Again” (pop).

But keep it mind, the pop chart is tougher to crack than most of the others.
