Judith Hill has released a new single and music video

You might want to check out “Upside,” the upbeat new single from Judith Hill.

It certainly works for the hotel guest in the song’s music video, though he can’t hold the tune nearly as well as Judith.

“Upside is a about looking on the bright side of life,” says Judith in a press release announcing the single.

“Often times we can bogged down by negativity, but when we look on the upside, we find that there are so many amazing opportunities around us.”

Judith wrote the song with Trent Dabbs and producer Danny Burke. The music video, which you can check out below, was filmed in Bangkok, Thailand.

And it’s a great message from an artist who was collaborating with Prince at the time of his death and was scheduled to tour with Michael Jackson before he died.

“Upside” comes on the heels of “Golden Child,” the album she released in November.

And according to the press release, Judith will be touring the U.S., Europe and Canada in support of that album later this year.

Judith was a Top 8 finisher on Season 8 of The Voice.
