Allison Iraheta (AP Photo)Why wait until next Tuesday to listen to Kris Allen’s new album?

The album is being streamed for free on AOL Music. Just go here to listen.

I haven’t had a chance to listen to the entire album yet. But I wasn’t enamored with Kris’ first single, “Live Like We’re Dying.”

And the cover of “Heartless” on the CD sounds a lot less special than Kris’ performance of the song on Idol.
Meanwhile, Allison Iraheta’s first single, “Friday I’ll Be Over U” is now available via iTunes.

By Tuesday, fans should be able to go to iTunes and check out 30-second clips of all the songs off her debut album.

And, apparently, if you pre-order the album through iTunes, you’ll also get an “exclusive pre-order only track.”
