It’s called “Give It All to You” and it’s the first single since March from the Season 7 standout on The Voice.
Of course, Luke’s been a bit busy this year.
He’s been working in casting for — you guessed it — The Voice, an experienced he explains in a Variety interview earlier this fall.
(So, was Texas-based Luke responsible for all those talented Texans in the Season 15 cast, like Joey Green, Katrina Cain and Michael Lee?)
He was again part of the Texas Music Takeover shows in London along with nine other Fort Worth-based artists, including Joey and former Voice contestant Austin Allsup.
And, just before that, he was married to Anne Lowery in a surprise ceremony in south France. As in, it was a surprise for Luke; the couple had apparently planned a ceremony for sometime in 2019.
Hmm, I don’t think there’s any doubt who inspired the new single.
On Facebook, Luke says the casting gig is one reason he hasn’t been touring as much in 2018.
“I’ll be back out there soo,” he adds. “Lots of music coming in 2019!”
Here’s “Give It All to You.”
