Maelyn Jarmon said Tuesday night felt like coming home.

She was on hand to perform on the Season 17 finale of The Voice, having won Season 16.

And she was the only alumni of the show invited back to perform.

She sang “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” a cover see released last month as simply Maelyn.

On social media, she called it her favorite Christmas song.

“This song has such a special place in my heart,” she wrote. “It’s about making best of the present and hoping for a better future.”

Its also her first release since The Voice, though I suspect we’ll be hearing more from Maelyn in 2020.

Here’s her performance from the season finale.
