Meet Hollywood bound Dylan Loza

0

Here’s a different sort of American Idol contestant — a male singer who looked forward to meeting Steven Tyler.

Dylan Loza says that’s because Steven has “been one of my favorite artists for a long time.”

Of course, he didn’t mind meeting Jennifer Lopez either because he’s “had a crush on her forever.”

Dylan hails from San Antonio, Texas, and got his golden ticket in Galveston.

He’s been performing since about the seventh grade and, if he makes it to group night in Hollywood, there’s little doubt who one of his partners will be.

That’s because he made fast friends with Eric Burton, another golden ticket recipient, at the Galveston auditions.  Dylan says they even started writing a song together.

As for music, Dylan says he can’t imagine doing anything else with his life.

And he thinks he has a unique voice — “a raspier tone with nice clean falsetto too.”
