His audition: Jeremy Beloate, 25, Memphis, Tenn., “Heartbreak Anniversary” by Giveon: His deep, clear vocals enticed an early chair turn from Michael Buble. Gwen Stefani and Snoop Doog soon turned as well. And an impressive high note got Reba to turn as well, giving Jeremy a four-chair turn. Michael says he has a tremendous ability and says he sounds like a versatile performer. Gwen wants to help him find his lane as an artist. Jeremy opts to join Team Michael.

Here’s more about Jeremy.

* He’s 26 years old and a 2021 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, where he studied musical theater.

* This won’t be his first experience with a televised talent competition. In 2016, he was part of a Briarcrest Christian School a cappella group called One Voice from Memphis, Tenn.

* Twelve members strong, One Voice auditioned and earned a spot on Season 11 of America’s Got Talent. The notoriously difficult to please Simon Cowell loved their performance.

* Jeremy was a member of that group. Another member, Katherine Ann Mohler, auditioned for Season 21 of The Voice and turned two chairs.

* Jeremy was also involved in musical theater in high school and continued that at Baldwin, with roles in “Freedom Summer” and “Anything Goes.” He also performed in “Into the Woods” and “Fiddler on the Roof,” according to his online resume.

* While Jeremy has released music, he’s posted at least one original to his TikTok, where he has nearly 3,000 followers.

* And while with One Voice, Jeremy took part in the recording of two album released by the group.

* In February, he had the opportunity to perform Adele’s “Love in the Dark” at The Cutting Room in New York with Natalie Weiss of “Breaking Down the Riffs” fame.

* Jeremy, of course, has posted lots of covers to both Instagram and TikTok, showing off impressive range. Check out that range on a cover of Tori Kelly’s “All in My Head” below.
