Victor Solomon is among the singers to announce they auditioned for Season 20 of The Voice.

Here’s more about Victor.

* He’s a graduate of Peoria High School and began attending North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2017.

* Last fall, he was named the 14 Mister North Carolina A&T and took part in the college’s Homecoming celebration.

* In conjunction with that honor, he released a Mr. A&T campaign theme song that you can check out on Apple Music.

* It’s one of three singles by Victor available on streaming sites so far. The others are a 2019 holiday cover of “Mary Did You Know” and his first official Christian single, the eight-minute “You Are.” That came out in September and you can check it out below.

* Victor is also featured on “Reason for the Season,” a 2019 song released by fellow Christian artist Marcus Williams.

* He’s studying business administration in college, is scheduled to graduate in 2021 and has also worked in the university’s business office as a coordinator with a new student program.

* In 2018 he received acclaim for performing the Grammy-winning song “Glory” (from the film “Selma”) by Common and John Legend in front of Common. Common was so impressed, he embraced Victor on stage and shared the video on his Instagram page.

Editor’s note: Season 20 of The Voice is scheduled to kick off Monday, March 1 on NBC.
