Sundance Head chose to make his original a song from his 2015 album, “Soul Country.” It’s a song he wrote and dedicated to his wife.

Josh Gallagher had a hand in writing his original as well. Another of the co-writers was Season 11 contestant Nolan Neal.

Meanwhile, Alicia Keys had a song written for Wé McDonald. And Adam Levine handed Billy Gilman a song once intended for Maroon 5.
