Todd Tilghman from The Voice Season 18

* Todd Tilghman, the Season 18 champ, released “Slow Down” last week. Writes Todd: “‘Slow Down’ is my favorite kind of song: the kind that reminds us to make every day count and love extravagantly. Time is a thief. Enjoy every moment.” Todd’s Voice coach Blake Shelton gave the new song his endorsement, tweeting: “My buddy Todd Tilghman just keeps putting out great music.”

Hailey Steele from The Voice Season 2

* Hailey Steele from Season 2 released a county single called “Sad Champagne” on Valentine’s. Says Hailey on social media: “I decided to release this song on Valentine’s Day because this was written as a reminder that no matter your relationship status, sometimes ya gotta go out and make your own fun and you damn sure don’t need a date for that!” Hailey appeared on Season 2 as part of a duo called The Line.

Jared Blake from The Voice Season 1

* Jared Blake from Season 1 released “Orange Keychain” last week, accompanied by the hashtag #JesusMeetsPeopleInTheDamdestWays. Jared says after two years of pandemic, he’s going in a different direction with the music he’s releasing. “I didn’t pick the songs that I thought would go flying up the charts. I didn’t pick songs that would advance my career. I choose songs for people like me. Beautifully created, standing up for what’s right, loving some Jesus. Flawed people like me.
